This section contains information on how Alfacubo S.r.l. is managed with regard to the processing of alfacubo.it users' data.

The processing of data generated by the use of alfacubo.it takes place at the headquarters of the data controller with the intervention of the subjects appointed by it. In case of need, the data related to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or subjects appointed by it for this purpose at the relevant office.

- Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Failure to provide it, on the other hand, may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
- Method of treatment
Personal data are processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
- Purpose of processing
The processing we intend to carry out, upon your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
a. To enable the provision of the Services you have requested and the subsequent and autonomous management of your control panel, which you will access through registration and the creation of your user profile upon provision of the Services, including the collection, storage and processing of data for the purposes of the establishment and subsequent operational, technical and administrative management of the relationship related to the provision of the Services and the execution of communications relating to the conduct of the relationship established;
b. allow browsing and consultation of the website alfacubo.it;
c. respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive by e-mail, telephone or through the appropriate "Contact" form within the Site. With particular reference to responses to requests for assistance that are received by Register.it via telephone, please be advised that calls may be recorded so that Register.it can demonstrate that it has properly addressed the requests.
d. fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations;
e. carry out marketing activities via e-mail or telephone number for services offered by Alfacubo S.r.l., the data were collected through the specific newsletter or contact forms on mootion.it unless you have objected to such processing initially or during subsequent communications;
f. to process studies, research, market statistics; to send you advertising material, information, commercial information or surveys to improve the service ("customer satisfaction") via e-mail or text message, and/or through the use of the telephone with operator and/or through the official pages of alfacubo.it on social networks;
g. any important or information security communications;
- Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of processing
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in Section 7(a-b-c) is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulations as the processing is necessary for the provision of the contracted Services. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide it would result in the inability to activate the Services requested.
The purpose referred to in Section 7(d) represents legitimate processing of Personal Data under Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulations. Once Personal Data is provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which mootion.co.uk is subject.
Processing performed for marketing purposes is based on the granting of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 22(2)(c) of the Regulations. Further below you will be able to find the details to revoke in part or in full your consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes.
- Recipients of personal data
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes set out in section 3 above, with:
a. entities that typically act as data processors ie:
(i) persons, companies or professional firms that provide assistance and advice to Alfacubo S.r.l. in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt collection matters relating to the provision of the Services;
ii) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the provision of the Services (e.g. domestic and foreign Registration Authorities to which the Maintainer's technical and administrative documentation and forms must be transmitted, the authorities that manage the WHOIS database that contains the personal data of domain name assignees, the subjects that provide the credit card payment service, the subjects and companies that provide hosting / cloud services / ssl certificates / email services)
(iii) parties delegated to perform technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks);
(iv) companies providing marketing and business management services.
b. subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data under provisions of the law or orders of the authorities;
c. persons authorized by Alfacubo S.r.l. for the processing of Personal Data necessary to perform activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, who have committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality;
- Transfers of personal data
Some of your Personal Data is shared with Recipients that may be located outside the European Economic Area. Alfacubo S.r.l. ensures that your Personal Data is processed by these Recipients in compliance with the Regulation. Indeed, transfers may be based on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. More information is available from the Data Controller.
To receive details of the recipients of transfers concerning your personal data, you can make a request at info@alfacubo.it or by mail to the address indicated in the "Rights of Data Subjects" section.
- Data retention
The Personal Data processed for the purposes set out in section 7(a-b-c) will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, since these are processing operations carried out for the provision of Services, Alfacubo S.r.l. will process Personal Data for as long as permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2946 c.c. et seq.).
Personal Data processed for the purposes set forth in Section 7(d) will be retained for as long as required by the specific obligation or applicable law. By way of example, traffic data will be retained for purposes of justice for one year after its generation, or until the time provided by the applicable pro tempore anti-terrorism regulations; otherwise, it will be retained for six months.
For the purposes of Section 7 (e)(f), on the other hand, your Personal Data will be processed until your consent is revoked. This is without prejudice, in any case, to the possibility for Alfacubo S.r.l. to retain your Personal Data for as long as permitted by Italian law to protect its interests (Art. 2947(1)(3) c.c.). More information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller.
- Rights of data subjects
You have the right to ask Alfacubo S.r.l., at any time:
- access to your Personal Data;
- rectification or the right to request restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation;
- obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation;
- The partial deletion of certain data;
- The right to be forgotten: i.e., the right to request the total deletion of your data from our systems, except for data related to contractual or legal obligations. (ex: Billing, obligations arising from security);

- Security of the data provided
Data security is guaranteed during the use of the platform by the compliance of the procedures adopted by mootion.co.uk following the directives identified in Articles 32 and 33 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
In the event of a personal data breach, the controller shall notify the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 55 of the breach without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to present a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
A possible notice of violation also involves:
(a) describe the nature of the personal data breach including, where possible, the categories and approximate number of data subjects involved and the categories and approximate number of personal data records involved;
(b) provide the name and contact details of the data protection officer or other contact point from which more information can be obtained;
(c) describe the likely consequences of the personal data breach;
(d) describe the measures taken or proposed to be taken by the data controller to remedy the personal data breach and also, where appropriate, to mitigate its possible adverse effects.
